About Sarah, Founder of Hotshots

Self-confessed ‘country lass’, Sarah has lived and breathed the rural fresh air for as long as she wishes to remember!

Naturally, having studied at agricultural college, her career has followed a furrowed path; managing a farm for over a decade, selling feed and agricultural products to farmers then gripped with an interest in sharing her rustic world, she ran the farmers’ markets across Hampshire.

With her entrepreneurial spirit awakened she has coupled her love of field sports with her infectious sense of humour and practical approach to develop the ultimate shooting companion, the Hotshot Flask.

Market research has been close to home as Sarah is an avid and accomplished game and clay shot herself. Slightly blushing and underplaying the achievement she has been known to shoot two consecutive right and left pheasants. She has run a monthly clay pigeon shoot for more than fifteen years and it would seem that every gun has had their opinion sought to refine and perfect the Hotshot Flask.

When not beating in the undergrowth at a neighbouring shoot with her lively terrier or picking up with her meticulously self-trained labrador, Sarah can be found energetically challenging the locks in the depths of the countryside from her beloved canal boat with her husband, friends and of course the dogs.
